Lovett, Mary Barone, Bertie Marshall, Janine Gordon, Margaret Lee, Dennis Scholl, Grace Kim, Lee Stoetzel, Chris Johanson, Daniel Kohl, Dearraindrop, Juan Gomez, James Mann, Craig Rember, Allison Hawkins, Anna Knoebel, Omar Lopez-Chahoud, Sari Carel, and Jeffrey Hargrave, among others. This special edition includes several extras: a cassette tape with a sound piece by Jonas Mekas curated by Chetan Mangat and Grace Kim; a double CD compiled by Mike Donovan and Chris Johanson; a poster by Derraindrop; and an artist's book by Michael Ballou.
